This shallow-foundation hostile vehicle mitigation system – Fixed Block 30 is designed for modern public spaces where safety, access, and visual design need to work together.
Independently crash tested at MIRA to ISO 22343-1, the system is proven to stop a 7.5 tonne vehicle, with impact loadings to 7.2 tonne, at 30mph, 48kph. The test achieved a controlled penetration distance of just 2.1 metres with zero major debris travel.
The shallow foundation design helps reduce installation time, groundworks, and project disruption. With a choice of finishes and discreet cover options, including planter and street furniture designs, the system can blend into public realm, retail, leisure, and transport environments.
It is also suited to higher-risk locations such as airports, police stations, government buildings, data centres, and critical infrastructure.
